Drawing on 30 years HR experience, across multiple sectors, I step in to be your HR department. Having operated in standalone HR roles, I am pragmatic and business focused with the ability to work at pace and pivot quickly.

Ways Our Clients Work with Mahler Marrow Consulting

There are no lengthy tie-ins for outsourced HR clients.  I believe that my work speaks for itself.  A client relationship should be based on mutual trust  and respect, not forced and begrudging. There are primarily two ways clients can engage with me for outsourced HR services:

Retained Package

Maximum number of hours or days per month agreed which can be used throughout the month. A standard monthly fee is paid. 

Block of Hours

For a very flexible approach, a block of hours can be purchased and paid for to be used within 6 or 12 months, depending on the amount of hours. If you run out, just buy some more! 

Outsourced HR Case Study

Engaged by a boutique hedge fund business to provide light touch HR support and free up the founder and senior team.
