Over the past five years, I\u2019ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of clients \u2013 from large public bodies to small charities, from established HR teams to individuals at a career crossroads.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

While the work I do varies \u2013 change consultancy, HR projects, coaching \u2013 the common thread is people navigating complexity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

People with good intentions, facing challenges that require clarity, courage and sometimes just a bit of calm in the chaos. Here\u2019s a snapshot of who I typically support: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Organisations Going Through Change<\/strong> These might be restructures, mergers, leadership shifts, or broader culture change. I help senior teams design and deliver change that considers people as well as process \u2013 ensuring the \u2018how\u2019 is just as strong as the \u2018what\u2019. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

HR and People Teams<\/strong> I often act as an extension of internal teams \u2013 bringing capacity, clarity and challenge. Sometimes that means co-creating a new people strategy, reviewing existing practices, or supporting on projects around employee experience, inclusion or leadership development. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Purpose-led Leaders and Founders<\/strong> Those who are growing something meaningful and want to build people practices that reflect their values. I help them think through structure, roles, culture and leadership \u2013 and how to scale without losing their soul. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Individuals in Transition<\/strong> Through coaching, I support people navigating change \u2013 whether it\u2019s stepping into leadership, reassessing their career direction, or finding clarity in uncertain times. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Coaching clients come from a mix of sectors but tend to be thoughtful, values-led, and ready to do the inner work. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019ve worked with charities, public sector organisations, social enterprises and ethical businesses. While they vary in size and sector, they often share a desire to do things better \u2013 not just faster or cheaper. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
