Retirement today is very different to what it was 20, 30, 50 years ago. There is no default or contractual retirement age, people live longer and retirement can take many forms.<\/p><p>Many people consult with a financial advisor to plan for retirement, however this tends to be limited to understanding and managing the financial aspects of retirement. This is of course important, but it isn\u2019t the only aspect to consider when making the most of your time in later life.<\/p><p>I work with organisations and individuals to consider broader questions around the transition to retirement such as identity, purpose, social connectivity, wellbeing and goals. Typically, my clients will be starting to consider retirement in the next 2-5 years but this isn\u2019t a hard and fast
