\u2022 Creation of investor-ready people initiatives: creation of employee engagement strategies in a post-MBO organisation, directly contributing to a double digit increase in valuation in advance of a private equity acquisition.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

\u2022 Reorganisation and consultation: Planned, advised and supported an India based global client with no UK HR expertise, to conduct compliant, robust and compassionate redundancy consultations following a change to contract requirements.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>
